A) Classes and workshops tickets:
- Classes are not refundable. However, you can transfer your ticket to another person (in the specified role of follow or lead).
- In the case of ticket transfer, you can only transfer a whole block of classes.
- In case of missing a class, It is also possible to compensate it in another group within the same block if you notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org beforehand.
- In case of sickness or injury, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. To be able to pause classes, a sick note needs to be presented. If you cannot fulfill the classes you have paid for because of sickness or injury, we refund the value of the remaining classes that are within the time frame of the presented sick note.
B) Party tickets:
- There are no refunds for parties.
- The ticket can be transferred anytime to another person up to 4 hours in advance.
C) Combo tickets (parties + workshops):
- In case you bought a combo ticket that includes parties and workshops, you only get refunded for the workshops. There are no refunds for parties. (See point A above for information about workshops refunds).
- The ticket can be transferred to another person (within the specified role of follow or lead) at the latest 24 hours before given event.
D) Yearly FS class card:
- We do not sell or offer FS class card anymore.
All cancellations, requests for a refund, transfer or exchange need to be communicated via email.
